Every figure here is checkable at the laboratory that produced it

What We Earn, and What We Collect

Every page on this site asks a seller to show its working. This is ours. If anything below turns out to be wrong, it is a fault worth writing to us about.

We are paid by one seller, we store one thing about you, and both are worth stating in full rather than in a line of small print.

The money

One seller pays us, and here is the mechanism

Every outbound commercial link on this site goes to one seller, CellMind, at bycellmind.com. There is no second one. If you buy something after following one of those links, they pay us a commission. The price you pay is the same either way.

The rest of this site tells you not to accept a claim you cannot check, so here is how the payment is actually wired, which most sites in this category leave for you to guess.

  1. Outbound links on these pages point at /go/ paths on this domain rather than at the seller. No page here contains a vendor URL.
  2. A /go/ path redirects to bycellmind.com/via/29/ followed by the product path. 29 is our account number with them.
  3. That redirect sets a cookie on their domain, named affiliate_for_woocommerce, holding the number 29.
  4. It lasts sixty days. If you buy from them within sixty days, on that browser, the sale is credited to us. If you buy on a different device, or later than that, it is not.
What we are not paid for

No article on this site was commissioned, reviewed, edited or approved by any seller. Nobody has paid us to publish a page, to rank one seller above another, or to leave something out. We have taken no fee, no free product and no sample from anyone named here.

What it changes

Hold it against us while you read

Being paid by a seller is a real conflict and pretending otherwise would be the same move this site criticises everywhere else. So the honest version is that there are two things here we could tilt, and you should watch both.

We chose which checks to run. A comparison is only as fair as its rows, and we wrote the rows. The defence is that the same thirteen run against every seller named on this site, including the one that pays us, and that two of the thirteen are rows the paying seller does not currently pass.

We chose which seller to link to. The defence is the same one we would accept from anybody else: the evidence is published and you can go and read it without us.

The test to run on this site

Delete our name from every claim on every page and see what is left standing. It should be a laboratory's name, a batch code, a task number and a verification key, none of which we control and all of which you can check on somebody else's server.

If deleting our name takes the evidence with it, we have not earned anything.

Where a figure could not be verified, the page carrying it says so in the text rather than quietly rounding it into a claim. That is the only guarantee worth offering.

Your data

One address, and nothing else

The forms on this site ask for an email address so we can send a checklist. When you submit one, five things are written down:

Not your name, not your IP address, and nothing at all about what you read or how long you stayed.

Where it is kept

In a Cloudflare database created in the European Union jurisdiction, which means the rows are stored and processed inside the EU rather than wherever happened to be nearest. That was a deliberate choice at the moment the database was made, because it cannot be changed afterwards.

It is not shared with the seller, it is not sold, and it is not passed to an email platform or any other third party.

To have it deleted, write to hello@knownbatch.com from the address in question, or any address if you tell us which one to remove. It is deleted, not flagged, and we will confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

Tracking

Nothing on this site is watching you

No third party script of any kind loads on these pages. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no embedded video, no social widget, no comment system, no chat box. The two typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font company's server, which is the usual quiet exception on a site that claims this.

This site sets no cookies. Two small values are kept in your own browser so that the bar at the bottom and the panel that appears when you leave do not come back after you have dismissed them. They never leave your device and we never see them.

The one exception, and it is not ours

Following an outbound link sets a cookie on the seller's domain, as described at the top of this page. That is their cookie on their site, and their privacy policy governs it. If you do not want it, do not follow the link, or clear it afterwards.

What we are not

We sell nothing and we test nothing

We are not a seller. We hold no stock, ship no parcels and take no payments. We are not a laboratory and we have never commissioned a test. Every figure on this site was copied out of a document somebody else published, and every page names which document.

Nothing here is medical advice, a health claim, or a recommendation to use any compound. The compounds written about on this site are supplied for research purposes and are not for human consumption. A laboratory report describes what is in a vial. It says nothing about whether anything is safe, and no seller and no site can tell you that.

Something here looks wrong

Then it probably is, and we would rather hear it from you than leave it up. Every figure on this site names its source precisely so that it can be argued with.
